Welcome to Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP. We are a firm of solicitors based in London’s West End, the City of London and Manchester. Established in 1948, Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP has been providing its full range of legal services nationally and internationally for over 50 years.

Profile	Pammi Babbra is a solicitor and Partner of the Dispute Resolution Department, based in London. She specialises in contentious matters, pursuing or defending a wide range of domestic commercial claims with a particular specialism in cross-border High Court matters.

Expertise	Complex contract disputes, distribution and agency agreements, liabilities in the product supply chain, cross-border transportation matters, difficulties involving the Border Force and confiscation, partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency, negligence, breaches of fiduciary duty, commercial fraud involving allegations of conspiracy, misconduct, deceit and misrepresentation requiring or defending injunctive relief, enforcement in tax efficient jurisdictions and committal proceedings, satellite proceedings in foreign courts and domestic and foreign enforcement of judgements and awards.
